• Inspect and perform regular maintenance checks on elevators

• Install and repair elevator mechanisms and electrical wiring to ensure proper functioning

• Respond to emergency call-outs for elevator breakdowns

• Replace faulty or worn-out components such as motors, switches, and control systems

• Maintain service records of all maintenance and repair work carried out

• Communicate with building management regarding elevator performance and safety issues

• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices.
