Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled LMS Technician (Lift Management System) to manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of elevators and associated control systems. The candidate will ensure safe, smooth, and efficient functioning of lifts and escalators in compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor Lift Management Systems (LMS) for multiple elevators and escalators
Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and servicing of lifts
Diagnose and rectify faults in lift control panels, motors, sensors, and safety systems
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency rescue operations
Coordinate with OEM/service providers for major repairs and annual maintenance
Maintain logs, checklists, and service records for all lift systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations
Assist in testing and commissioning of new lift installations
