Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance of elevators.

• Identify faults and carry out troubleshooting and repairs to ensure smooth operation

• Respond to breakdown calls and restore elevator service within defined time limits

• Conduct safety checks as per statutory norms and company standards

• Lubrication, adjustment, and replacement of worn or defective parts

• Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and checklists

• Guide helpers/apprentices during maintenance work

• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site.

Experience & Qualification:

  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Elevator Technology (preferred)

  • 1–2 years experience in elevator maintenance (residential/commercial)

  • Freshers can also apply
