Job Description

Job Title: Elevator Technician / Lift Maintenance Mechanic

Location: MIRA BHAYANDER TO VIRAR

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Paid Overtime

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Weekly Off: Sunday (Should be Available for Entrapments)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Elevator Technician to handle the installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of residential and commercial elevator systems. The candidate should be technically sound, safety-conscious, and capable of handling emergency repairs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance: Perform monthly/quarterly routine servicing of elevators to ensure smooth operation.
Repair: Identify and fix mechanical and electrical issues (e.g., motor problems, control panel faults, door sensors).
Safety Checks: Inspect cables, brakes, and safety locks to ensure they meet safety standards.
Emergency Response: Attend to breakdown calls and rescue passengers in case of lift entrapment.
Documentation: Maintain a logbook of all service visits and repairs performed.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in elevator maintenance or electrical/mechanical field (Freshers with ITI may apply).
Education: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics preferred.
Skills: Ability to read circuit diagrams and use testing tools like multimeters.
Attributes: Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work overtime when required.

Company Benefits & Incentives

Fixed Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM with a guaranteed Sunday off.
Overtime (OT): Any work performed beyond the 9-hour shift is paid as extra.

- Train Pass: A monthly railway pass will be fully reimbursed/provided by the company.
- Fuel Allowance: If using a personal bike for site visits, a per-kilometer petrol allowance will be provided.
