We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lift Technician to handle the installation, regular maintenance, and repair of our elevator systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the lifts, adhering to all safety standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install new lift/elevator systems, components, and controls according to technical blueprints and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and safety inspections on a regular basis.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical faults or breakdowns quickly.
Replace worn-out or defective parts, such as cables, motors, switches, and control panels.
Respond to emergency breakdown calls and ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and service history.
Ensure full compliance with local safety laws and building regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience working as a Lift/Elevator Technician (Installation & Maintenance).
ITI Diploma, Certification, or equivalent technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics engineering.
Strong knowledge of elevator electrical circuits, control systems, and mechanical components.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
