Job Description As our new Lidar Processing Analyst you will be part of a world class, innovation driven engineering design center owned by an independent trust and its employees. REC is a highly sophisticated center of engineering excellence and based in our India head office in Gurgaon. Working in partnership with all our established offices globally, the Ramboll Engineering Centre (REC) is a center for excellence in design by offering optimized solutions to the rest of the organization. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Will need to coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for RST/GeoSpatial works in a given project. Is responsible for technical correctness and timely delivery of the drawings and documents Exercises self-discipline and work ethics. Respect and follow company policies and procedures. Carry out self-checks of his/her works as per company policy. Qualifications B.Sc or M.Sc. surveying/Geospatial science/GIS/Remote sensing is preferred. Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 4-7 years as a Mapping/Lidar Processing Analyst may be considered as well. Good/Strong knowledge of Microstation/AutoCAD, Terrasolid TerraScan / TerraModeler / TerraPhoto and/or TerraMatch (or similar) and any other additional Mapping Software. Perform any LiDAR pre and post processing tasks allocated as per project requirements Knowledge of Elevation System Adjustment Input Data Validation, Data Calibration and Registration Data Classification (Manual and Automatic) Quality Control of the post processed data Exp in - Microstation, Terrasolid products, Global Mapper Planimetric extraction and preparation of deliverable in MicroStation. Check and Perform Camera misalignment solutions Committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their experience. Knowledge of Microsoft applications. Good level of written and spoken English.
