Job Description

We are hiring a Laptop Repair Technician for our workshop/store. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing laptops (hardware and software issues) for walk-in customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose hardware faults (motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, charging issues, etc.)
Diagnose and fix software issues (OS installation, virus removal, driver issues, data recovery)
Chip-level or component-level repair experience is a plus (not mandatory for freshers)
Provide accurate repair estimates and timelines to customers
Maintain service records and manage spare parts/inventory
Ensure quality checks before handing devices back to customers
