Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Laptop and Printer Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and printers. The technician should have knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, software installation, networking basics, and printer servicing.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues

• Install and configure operating systems and software

• Replace damaged laptop parts such as screens, keyboards, batteries, RAM, SSD/HDD, and motherboards

• Troubleshoot desktop and networking problems

• Repair and service inkjet and laser printers

• Refill toner/cartridges and perform printer maintenance

• Install printer drivers and configure network printers

• Handle customer complaints professionally

• Maintain repair records and inventory of spare parts

• Provide onsite or remote technical support when required

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
