JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Perform Millipore cleanliness tests on components (Springs)

Use filtration systems to extract contaminants from parts Analyze contamination using

: • Microscopes

• Weighing balances

• Particle counting methods

Record contamination levels (particle count)

Maintain proper lab procedures and documentation Ensure compliance with industry standards (like ISO cleanliness standards)

Prepare test reports and share results with quality/production teams

Maintain testing equipment and calibration Follow strict safety and cleanliness protocols in the lab

Skills & Competencies:

 Basic knowledge of quality control and lab testing

 Familiarity with measuring instruments (microscope)

 Understanding of technical drawings/specifications

 Basic computer skills for data recording and reporting

 Team worker

 Long term view

 Used to work under pressure

 Problem solving capacity
