Hiring Solar Technicians – Delhi
1 Electrical (ITI)
Salary: ₹20,000 in-hand
Location: Okhla & Punjabi Bagh

Main Work:

• Do wiring between panels, inverters, batteries, and meters

• Install junction boxes, isolators, and connect cables properly

• Test connections using multimeter

• Handle inverter installation and basic programming

• Identify and fix faults like loose wires or fuse issues

• Perform routine checks and cleaning of electrical components

Skills Needed:

• Knowledge of AC/DC, cable sizes, MCBs, grounding

• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams or layout drawings

Solar Mechanical Technician (ITI – Fitter/Welder/Mechanical):

Main Work:

• Assemble and install the metal structure for solar panels

• Mount solar panels on rooftop or ground structures

• Use tools like spanners, drills, grinders for tightening and fixing

• Mark layout and help in lifting/placing panels

• Do regular physical checks and tightening of structures

• Support in cleaning panels or minor mechanical maintenance

Skills Needed:

• Understanding of tools, nuts/bolts, and basic measurements

• Ability to read simple mechanical drawings or follow supervisor instructions

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
