Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems

  • Perform site surveys and plan camera placement for optimal coverage

  • Handle cabling work (LAN, coaxial, power cables) and proper termination

  • Configure DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and network settings

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

  • Provide technical support and system demonstrations to clients

  • Ensure compliance with safety and company standards

  • Maintain service reports and documentation
