ITI Technician

• Assembly and installation:

  Assemble, install, and align new machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems according to technical drawings and specifications. 

• Maintenance and repair:

  Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and lubrication of equipment. Diagnose and repair malfunctions, including replacing faulty components. 

• Reading technical documents:

  Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements. 

• Tool and machinery operation:

  Use a variety of hand and power tools (e.g., hacksaws, hammers, welding equipment, drills) to cut, shape, and fit metal components. 

• Quality and safety:

  Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company procedures. 

• Collaboration:

  Work with engineers and production teams to optimize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and report on work progress and issues.
