Position: CNC Service Engineer
Company: MAITY CNC SOLUTIONS
A Channel Partner of M/s ACE DESIGNERS LTD.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Service Engineer to join our growing service team.
🔧 Job Responsibilities
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC Turning Machines and VMC Machines.
- Electrical and electronic fault diagnosis and rectification.
- Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) of CNC machines.
- Breakdown service, machine inspection, and fault analysis.
- Identification of defective components and spare parts requirements.
- Customer support to ensure maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
- Experience in CNC machine maintenance and servicing will be preferred.
- Knowledge of CNC controllers such as FANUC, Siemens, or Mitsubishi will be an added advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for service assignments.
📍 Job Location
Kolkata and surrounding areas, with customer-site visits as required.
