ITI Technician

We are seeking a motivated and skilled UPS Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, inverters, and batteries. This role requires a hands-on individual with a strong technical understanding of electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, and startup of UPS systems, inverters, and battery banks at client sites.

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on UPS systems, inverters, and batteries to ensure optimal performance and prevent failures.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in UPS systems, inverters, and batteries.

• Repair or replace faulty components of UPS systems, inverters, and batteries as needed.

• Perform battery testing and replacements.

• Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of UPS systems and related equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs.

• Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures during all work activities.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and service calls.

• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service.

• Travel to various client sites within Ahmedabad and surrounding areas may be required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of UPS systems, inverters, and batteries.

• Strong understanding of AC/DC circuits, electrical wiring, and power electronics.

• Proficiency in using electrical testing and measuring instruments.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.

• Ability to work independently and as part 1 of a team.
