ITI Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Preventive Maintenance (PM) work orders as per schedule.

• Attend and close Corrective Maintenance (CM) work orders within SLA.

• Perform routine checks of network equipment (OLT, ONT, Fiber, UPS, etc.).

• Troubleshoot fiber and network-related issues on site.

• Ensure proper documentation of PM & CM activities.

• Coordinate with backend teams for escalations and technical support.

• Maintain safety and compliance standards while working on live network.

• Ensure uptime of network assets and perform timely restoration during outages.
  
  🛠 Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Fiber optics, splicing, and OTDR/Power meter usage.

  • Understanding of telecom network components (FTTH, GPON, OSP).

  • Ability to diagnose and fix network faults.

  • Good communication and field coordination skills.

  • Willingness to work in field operations and rotational shifts.
