ITI Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Repair & Maintenance Technician to provide on-site technical support for physical security products, especially within bank branches. The technician will perform services such as locker break-open, key lever swapping, safe maintenance, and other security hardware-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit bank branches for on-site service and maintenance of lockers, safes, and vaults.

• Carry out locker break-open procedures, key lever changes, and lock mechanism replacements.

• Diagnose and resolve issues in mechanical and security locking systems.

• Use tools like drill machines, angle grinders, screwdrivers, and other hand or power tools safely and efficiently.

• Maintain service records, submit daily reports, and ensure proper documentation.

• Interact with branch staff professionally while following all safety and confidentiality protocols.

• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
