About the Role

We are looking for motivated and hardworking ITI Technicians to join our growing team at Industrial Equipment Company (Global) Private Limited.

The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance and servicing of various types of equipment, electrical systems, heavy machinery and home appliances. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and entry-level candidates who want to develop their technical skills and build a successful career in the maintenance and engineering field.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain and replace faulty equipment and machinery.

• Diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting to identify the root cause.

• Handle servicing and maintenance of electrical systems, machinery and appliances.

• Read technical manuals, repair instructions and equipment guidelines.

• Assemble, disassemble and replace defective components when required.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

• Maintain service records and prepare basic maintenance reports.

• Coordinate with team members, suppliers and technical experts to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain quality standards.

• Continuously learn new technologies and improve technical knowledge.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; ITI qualification preferred.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

• Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge is an advantage.

• Ability to understand instructions and solve technical problems.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical or equipment maintenance will be preferred.
