Job Description

Install smart electricity meters at residential and commercial consumer locations
Remove old meters and replace them with smart meters safely
Perform meter testing, sealing, and activation
Ensure correct consumer details, meter number, and readings are updated
Use mobile application / handheld device for meter installation updates
Follow safety guidelines while working on live or non-live connections
Coordinate with field supervisors and utility officials
Handle basic consumer queries during installation
Achieve daily installation targets as assigned

Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and meter installation
ITI / Diploma / Electrician experience preferred
Ability to use smartphone and mobile apps
Willingness to work in field conditions
Physically fit for outdoor work
Local area knowledge preferred
