ITI Technician

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Configuration

• Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles such as cars, buses, trucks, and two-wheelers

• Connect power, ignition, fuel sensor, relay, panic button, door sensor, AC sensor, and other peripherals

• Configure devices using mobile apps, SMS commands,

• Ensure proper installation product and placement and secure wiring

Testing & Troubleshooting

• Test GPS, Relay, ignition, Wiring, SOS, Configuration and sensors data after installation

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to power, configuration, or device malfunction

• Replace faulty devices, SIM cards, or wiring as required

Maintenance & Support

• Perform preventive maintenance and re-installation when required

• Attend breakdown calls and customer complaints in the field

• Provide basic user training to drivers or customers

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain installation reports, photographs, and job cards

• Update installation status in company provided channels.

• Collect customer signatures on job sheet after job completion

• Maintain the assigned material stock for field task.

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with backend/support team for activation and testing

• Adhere to company installation SOPs and timelines
  Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems

  • Basic understanding of GPS, GSM, and IoT devices

  • Experience with wiring, relays, and sensors

  • Ability to use smartphone apps and basic software tools

  Soft Skills

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills

  • Ability to work independently in the field

  • Time management and problem-solving skills
    Additional Requirements

    • Two-wheeler with valid driving license

    • Willingness to travel locally and his state.

    • Flexible to work on weekends and out of state or emergency calls

    Salary & Benefits

    • Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

    Travel allowance / fuel reimbursement/ Daily Allowance will be applicable only when duty is performed beyond 100 KM from the employee’s assigned work location

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
