Job Description

Job Purpose
The ITI Fitter will be responsible for assembly, mechanical fitting, production support, and basic maintenance activities within the Drinkware manufacturing unit. The role ensures smooth functioning of machinery and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assembly & Mechanical Fitting

Perform fitting and assembly of mechanical components, fixtures, and production tooling.
Assist in installation, alignment, and adjustment of moulds, dies, and machine components.
Interpret engineering drawings and follow technical specifications.

2. Production Line Support

Support machine setup and changeover activities.
Ensure proper mounting and dismantling of tooling components.
Coordinate with production supervisors for shift-based activities.
