Job Description:
Job Title: Production Operator / Assembly Worker – LED Driver Manufacturing

Department: Production / Manufacturing
Location: Sawad Naka -Bhiwandi
Reporting to: Production Supervisor / Line In-charge

Job Purpose:

To carry out assembly, soldering, testing, and packaging of LED drivers and related components as per defined processes, ensuring quality standards and productivity targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and tools for assembling LED drivers and related electronic components.

• Carry out manual soldering, wiring, and fitting of components on PCB boards.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly, testing, and packaging.

• Conduct visual inspection of components and finished products to ensure quality.

• Assist in loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation as per 5S standards.

• Support preventive maintenance of machines and tools.

• Report any defects, breakdowns, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.

• Follow all safety guidelines and wear protective equipment (PPE) while working.

• Meet daily production and quality targets as assigned by the line supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum education: 10th Pass / ITI / Diploma (preferred in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical).

• Basic knowledge of electronic components and assembly work.

• Prior experience in electronics/LED driver/SMT/PCB assembly (preferred).

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Physically fit to handle standing and repetitive tasks on the shop floor.

• Team player with discipline and punctuality.

Work Conditions:

• Work Location: Shop floor / production area.

• Shift-based work (day/night shifts as per requirement).

• Exposure to electronic tools, soldering stations, and testing equipment.
