ITI Technician

Job Summary:

The Technical Supervisor oversees daily technical operations, ensures compliance with industry standards, manages technical teams, and supports the successful execution of projects and maintenance tasks. This role bridges the gap between management and technical teams, ensuring the effective use of resources, adherence to safety protocols, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of technical staff and technicians.

• Monitor and maintain technical equipment and systems.

• Ensure that all operations comply with company policies and safety standards.

• Provide technical support and guidance to the team.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules.

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other departments.

• Maintain documentation of maintenance, repair, and inspection activities.

• Train and evaluate technical team members.

• Ensure optimal performance of systems and tools.

• Recommend upgrades, improvements, or replacements of equipment.

• Prepare reports on team performance and technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead technical role.

• Strong understanding of relevant technical systems, tools, and processes.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

• Familiarity with safety and quality regulations in the relevant industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)

• Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., IT infrastructure, manufacturing, HVAC, etc.]

• Knowledge of project management software or maintenance systems.
