ITI Technician

We are looking for 5 Nos of ITI Technician or 12th pass to join our team at Antler Akash EV Pvt. Ltd. for manufacturing of Lithium ION Battery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor battery assembly machinery, including cell sorting, welding, formation, and testing equipment.

• Support in battery module/pack assembly, wiring, BMS installation, and quality checks.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Carry out troubleshooting and minor repairs of electrical and mechanical faults.

• Ensure proper documentation of daily tasks, maintenance logs, and material usage.

• Coordinate with quality and engineering teams for process improvement and defect rectification.

• Assist in inventory management of tools, spare parts, and consumables.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience. ITI certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Fitter, Electronics, or related trade

• Prior experience in battery pack assembly or electronics manufacturing preferred

• Basic knowledge of BMS and cell chemistries (Li-ion preferred)

• Physically fit and comfortable working in production shifts

• Good problem-solving and team coordination skills
