Position: Site Executive – Retail Outlet (New Store Launches)

Base Location (HO): Gurugram

Project Locations: As per site requirements across multiple states (UP, Bihar, MP, NE, J&K, etc.)
Job Summary
The Site Executive will support new retail store launches by coordinating site activities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project execution. The role requires extensive travel as per project needs. Food, lodging, and travel expenses will be reimbursed as per the company’s reimbursement policy.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end store setup and handover.
• Manage vendors and contractors for civil, electrical, branding, and fixture work.
• Conduct site visits, track progress, and share updates.
• Ensure adherence to brand, quality, and safety standards.
• Support procurement, logistics, and local approvals.

Requirements
• ITI/Diploma in Civil or related field (preferred).
• 0–4 years of site coordination or retail project experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
