ITI Technician

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Broadband Installation Engineer to join our team. The role involves installing, testing, and maintaining broadband and related telecom services at customer premises, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Install and configure broadband, Wi-Fi routers, modems, and related equipment at customer premises.

- Perform cabling, wiring, and connectivity setup for internet and networking systems.

- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of broadband connections to resolve faults, speed issues, or signal disruptions.

- Provide on-site technical support, ensuring installations meet company and industry standards.

- Educate customers on usage, safety, and troubleshooting basics of broadband services.

- Maintain accurate service records, installation reports, and customer feedback logs.

- Adhere to health, safety, and compliance guidelines while working on-site.

- Coordinate with the technical support and network operations teams for escalated issues.

### Skills & Qualifications:

- ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.

- Proven experience in broadband/telecom installation or similar technical field preferred.

- Strong technical knowledge of networking, cabling, and internet technologies.

- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
