ITI Solar Technician

We are looking for an Electrical ITI Service Technician – Solar Rooftop to join our team at to repair, install, replace, and service solar rooftop systems and related electrical equipment. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment on site. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000–20,000 per month with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace faulty solar electrical equipment and assemble necessary components.

• Perform solar rooftop installations and ensure proper system functioning.

• Read installation and service guides and coordinate with engineers and other experts.

• Write reports, maintain safety regulations, and follow preventative maintenance plans.

• Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.

• Stay updated on solar industry advancements and attend workshops.

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results on site.

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is Electrical ITI with 0–1 year of experience in solar rooftop installation. Freshers with hands-on solar knowledge will also be considered.

• Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations.

• Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
