Job Overview

Yash Enterprises is looking for a skilled and disciplined ITI Fitter to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for machinery assembly, structural fitting, and maintaining equipment efficiency on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly & Fitting: Read basic technical/mechanical drawings and fit mechanical components accurately.
Machine Operation: Safely operate workshop machinery and hand/power tools (drills, grinders, cutters, etc.). Expertia AI
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to prevent production downtime. Expertia AI
Quality Check: Inspect finished parts and components to ensure they meet the company’s specifications. Expertia AI
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and maintain a clean workspace. Expertia AI

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant or workshop (Freshers with strong practical skills are welcome).
Skills: Good understanding of measurement tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, measuring tape) and technical drawing basics. Scribd
Physical Fitness: Capable to work on the manufacturing floor and lift tools/components as required.
