Able to adapt in a fast-changing environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements.
Knowledge of all Electrical Systems, PLC operations, Power distribution, HVAC Systems, Plumbing systems, CCTV & BMS Systems etc.
Thorough knowledge in BMS systems
Vendor management skills, 52 week PPM activities, Daily/Monthly reports, system skills is preferable.
Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
PC literate and able to manage/report using various systems, such as BMS, and other computerized control/monitoring system.
6 working days per week, shift pattern 24/7 coverage required.
