ITI Electrician

Role: Ensure home charger installation for all prospective customers

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Charger installation before vehicle delivery

• Visit customer premises during for Site Surveys and Charger Installation (need basis)

• Support customer in site-readiness

• Liaison with local DISCOMs for faster load upgradation at customer premises.

• Maintain database of Local societies with information regarding Home Charging Installation feasibility

• Liaison with RWAs and co-ordinate for Community Charger deployment

• Support DC Charger Troubleshooting as L1 support at dealer

  Functional: Basic MS Office

  Others: Ø Communication Skills Ø Complaint Management Ø Good Liaison skills
