Job Title: Service Technician - Installation & Service

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced service technician to join our installation and service team. As a service technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing car parking systems at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

- Install and commission car parking systems at customer sites

- Troubleshoot and repair faults in car parking systems

- Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks

- Conduct site visits to resolve customer complaints

- Work with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of service activities

- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely resolution of issues

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering

- 1-3 years of experience in installation and service of mechanical/electrical systems

- Knowledge of car parking systems and automation preferred

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to travel to customer sites
