Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRV/VRF)

  • Ensure proper temperature, ventilation, and air quality

  • Perform routine inspection and basic preventive maintenance

  • Identify faults and coordinate with technicians/vendors for repairs

  • Maintain daily log sheets and reports

  • Follow safety and operational SOPs

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on HVAC operation experience

  • ITI / Diploma in HVAC / Mechanical (preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems

  • Ability to work in shifts

  • Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
