Job Description

We are looking for skilled Home Appliances Technicians to join Service on Wheel (www.serviceonwheel.com) and provide professional repair, installation, replacement, servicing, and maintenance services for residential customers.

The technician will handle a variety of home appliances, diagnose problems, troubleshoot equipment, perform repairs, and ensure quality service at the customer's location.

• Air Conditioner (AC)

• Refrigerator

• Washing Machine

• Microwave Oven

• Kitchen Chimney

• Television (TV)

• Water Purifier (RO)

• plumber,carpenter,Electrician

Key Responsibilities

• Repair, install, replace and service home appliances.

• Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot equipment efficiently.

• Handle customer complaints and identify the cause of appliance problems.

• Repair or replace faulty components and assemble necessary parts.

• Perform preventive maintenance and regular servicing.

• Check appliance performance after completing repairs.

• Explain technical problems and repair requirements clearly to customers.

• Provide cost estimates and discuss required parts or repairs before starting work.

• Maintain proper service records and job reports.

• Follow all health, safety and service quality guidelines.

• Stay updated with new appliance technologies and repair techniques.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Below 10th accepted

• Experience: 1–6+ years in home appliance repair and servicing

• Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: AC, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven, Kitchen Chimney, TV or Water Purifier.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate with customers clearly and professionally.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.

• Knowledge of tools and basic electrical/electronic systems.

• Ability to follow health and safety regulations.

• MS Office knowledge is an added advantage.
