🎯 Job Purpose:
To install, maintain, and troubleshoot broadband (FTTH) & Wireless connections at customer locations, ensuring high service quality, quick complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation Work
New broadband connection installation (FTTH – Fiber to Home)
ONT/Router configuration and setup
Fiber cable laying, splicing, and testing
Ensure proper signal strength and speed delivery
2. Complaint Handling
Resolve customer complaints within SLA time
Diagnose network issues (No internet, slow speed, LOS, etc.)
Update complaint status in CRM (e.g., Height8 or any system)
Provide proper resolution notes
3. Maintenance Work
Routine network checks and preventive maintenance
ODF (Optical Distribution Frame) management
Fiber fault identification and repair
4. Customer Handling
Communicate politely with customers
Educate customers on basic router usage
Ensure customer satisfaction before closing complaint
5. Reporting & Documentation
Daily reporting via WhatsApp / CRM
Maintain installation and complaint records
Share before/after work photos if required
6. Coordination
Coordinate with backend team & support team
Work closely with sales team for new connections
Escalate major issues to seniors
🛠️ Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of FTTH & fiber networking
Router configuration knowledge (PPPoE, IP settings)
Fiber splicing and testing skills
Problem-solving ability
Good communication skills
Ability to work in field conditions
