Role Overview

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking helpers to support electrical, energy, power, and civil work projects. This role does not require formal qualifications — only the ability to work sincerely, follow instructions, and contribute to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers, supervisors, and technicians in daily site activities.

• Carry materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas.

• Support in basic tasks like digging, lifting, shifting, and arranging materials.

• Help in setting up electrical and civil work sites.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workplace.

• Follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team.

• Report any issues or requirements to the supervisor.

Requirements

• No formal education or technical qualification required.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.

• Willingness to work in outdoor and site conditions.

• Ability to follow safety rules and instructions.

• Honest, punctual, and dependable.
