Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators, technicians, or production staff in their daily tasks.

• Load and unload raw materials, tools, and finished goods.

• Clean and prepare work areas, tools, and machinery.

• Pack, label, and move finished products to storage or dispatch areas.

• Help in assembling parts and basic maintenance under supervision.

• Follow safety rules, wear protective equipment, and maintain housekeeping standards.

• Report any equipment malfunction or unsafe condition to the supervisor.

• Support other departments like maintenance or quality check when required.
  Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or factory operations.

  • Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

  • Basic reading and writing skills.

  • Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required.
