Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief General Technician – Manager to lead our technical team and ensure smooth plant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and team management while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities

Plan and implement preventive & corrective maintenance schedules

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

Manage equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime

Maintain reports, safety compliance, and technical documentation

Train, guide, and motivate technicians and junior staff

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong technical expertise in industrial machinery

Hands-on experience in mechanical & electrical maintenance

Ability to read & interpret technical drawings and service manuals

Knowledge of SAP/ERP or other maintenance management software

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills

Qualification:-

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Additional certifications in maintenance or safety will be an advantage

Salary:-

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience & interview performance)
