As we expand our footprint in the green energy sector, we are looking for dedicated General Technicians who take pride in precision and craftsmanship to join our installation team.

Role Overview:-

As a General Technician at Rising Earth, you will be the backbone of our field operations. Your primary responsibility is the mechanical installation and "fitting" of solar PV modules. You will ensure that every panel is mounted securely, aligned perfectly, and integrated seamlessly into the structural racking system.

Key Responsibilities:-

Mechanical Fitting: Precision mounting of solar PV modules onto roof-top or ground-mount racking systems.
Structural Assembly: Assemble and install aluminum or galvanized iron (GI) structures, ensuring they are level and meet engineering specifications.
System Integrity: Implement proper weatherproofing and flashing techniques to protect the integrity of the client’s roof.
Cable Management: Securely route DC strings and module-level power electronics (MLPE) using clips and conduits to ensure a neat, professional finish.
Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to Rising Earth’s safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and fall arrest systems.
Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport solar modules and mounting hardware on-site to prevent micro-cracks or equipment damage.
