Floor Incharge

We are looking for a Floor incharge to join our TVS Rishaan

A Two-Wheeler Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing workshop operations, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery. Key duties include assigning work, monitoring quality, maintaining workshop discipline and safety, and resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction.

The position offers an in-hand salary of 20,000 to 22,000 with growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Service and operations management:

Supervise daily activities on the service floor, such as assembly, repair, and maintenance.

Assign work orders to technicians and ensure timely completion of jobs.

Monitor workflow to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Quality control:

Inspect completed repairs and services to ensure they meet quality guidelines and company standards.

Ensure technicians use the correct methods, tools, and parts.

Return work to the floor for rework if there are any discrepancies.

Team leadership:

Provide direction, guidance, and coaching to a team of technicians.

Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.

Train and guide new technicians as needed.

Maintain discipline and a positive team environment.

Customer service:

Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.

Interact with customers to address concerns and explain service details.

Conduct a final check with the service advisor to ensure all customer requests are met before vehicle delivery.
