Fitter

We are looking for a Fabrication Fitter to join our team at Rajpal Engineering Works to fabrication structures pre fabricated steel structures like columns rafters beam crane box, tank , etc all type structure work The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace faulty equipment and assemble necessary components.

• PEB building structure fabrication like rafters column beam , crane box fabrication

• Structure fabrication as per drawing .

• Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.

• Stay updated on industry advancements and attend workshops.

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
