Job Description

Perform routine inspection of fire alarm and fire fighting systems
Check fire extinguishers, hydrant valves, and hose reels regularly
Monitor and operate fire alarm control panel
Carry out preventive maintenance of fire protection equipment
Test smoke detectors, heat detectors and MCP points
Ensure fire pumps are working properly and record readings
Attend breakdowns and troubleshoot fire system faults
Maintain daily checklist and maintenance records
Assist fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures
Coordinate with vendors for repair and AMC work
Ensure all fire systems comply with safety standards
Report any faults or safety issues to supervisor immediately
