Installation & Commissioning: Programming, installing, and testing addressable/conventional fire alarm systems.
Maintenance & Inspection: Carrying out routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and ensuring systems are compliant with local codes.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving system faults promptly.
Client Management Responsibilities
Direct Interaction & Communication: Responding to communications within set timeframes and communicating clearly with clients regarding system needs.
System Training: Training customers on the proper operation of their alarm systems.
Project Liaison: Collaborating with client project managers to design and implement systems that meet specific needs.
Emergency Response: Dealing directly with clients during emergency service calls.
Reporting: Maintaining accurate records and providing reports to clients on maintenance or system health.
