Overall Responsibilities of a Fireman

Protect life, property, and assets from fire and related emergencies.
Prevent fire hazards through regular inspections and safety checks.
Respond quickly and effectively to fire alarms and emergency incidents.
Operate and maintain firefighting equipment and emergency systems.
Assist in fire suppression, rescue, and evacuation operations.
Ensure fire exits, emergency routes, and safety equipment remain accessible and functional.
Conduct routine fire drills and promote fire safety awareness.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and equipment maintenance.
Provide basic first aid until medical personnel arrive, when required.
Comply with fire safety laws, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with security personnel, emergency services, and local fire authorities during incidents.
Perform all duties with professionalism, discipline, alertness, and a strong commitment to safety.
