Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

· Execute projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules

· Coordinate day-to-day site activities and supervise contractors, technicians, and vendors

· Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of systems (Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, ELV, MEP as applicable)

· Monitor work progress and ensure completion within timelines

Technical Coordination

· Review drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals

· Coordinate with OEMs, consultants, and third-party agencies

· Attend site inspections, audits, and client meetings

· Prepare and submit technical reports, service reports, and RCA documents

Quality, Safety & Compliance

· Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory norms, and company SOPs

· Conduct site inspections for quality and safety compliance

· Identify risks and recommend corrective and preventative actions

Documentation & Reporting

· Prepare daily/weekly progress reports

· Maintain site records, checklists, test reports, and as-built documents

· Support billing, measurement sheets, and client documentation

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

· Act as a single point of contact at site for clients

· Address client concerns and provide timely updates

· Support handover, snag clearance, and project close-out
