Addon Technology is hiring a Fire Alarm Technician for installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems at customer and project sites in Vadodara.
The ideal candidate should have basic or hands-on knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, electrical wiring, field devices, and control panels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, test, commission, and maintain Fire Alarm Systems.
• Install and connect Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, MCPs, Hooters, Modules, and Fire Alarm Control Panels.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, fault finding, and repairs.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and service visits at customer sites.
• Understand electrical wiring, panel connections, and basic circuit diagrams.
• Prepare service reports and update work completion records.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers and customers during installation and service activities.
• Follow site safety and electrical safety procedures.
Required Skills:
• Knowledge or experience in Fire Alarm System installation and maintenance.
• Understanding of Fire Alarm System wiring and field devices.
• Knowledge of Honeywell, Edwards, GST, Ravel, or similar systems will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and control panels.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer/project sites.
Qualification & Experience:
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma qualifications and basic technical knowledge can also apply.
