Installation & Commissioning: Setting up new hardware or software at client sites, ensuring it is properly calibrated, configured, and integrated into their existing operations.
Maintenance & Repairs: Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance and performing on-the-spot troubleshooting and repairs to resolve technical malfunctions.
Customer Training & Support: Walking clients through how to operate newly installed equipment safely, explaining features, and providing guidance on how to prevent common issues.
Safety Compliance: Strictly adhering to industry and company safety protocols, utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and conducting risk assessments at every job site.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate service logs, submitting daily/weekly field reports, tracking material usage, and managing warranty claims or service contracts
