We are looking for a responsible and experienced Telecom Site Supervisor to manage and supervise telecom installation, maintenance, and site-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with technicians, contractors, and project teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily telecom site activities and field teams.
Monitor installation, maintenance, cabling, tower and equipment-related work.
Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Ensure work is completed according to company and safety standards.
Check site materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
Prepare daily work progress reports and update management.
Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Maintain proper documentation, photographs, and site records.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures at the work location.
Requirements:
Experience in telecom/site supervision preferred.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Willingness to travel to different project sites.
Basic knowledge of telecom equipment and site work.
ITI/Diploma/Graduation preferred.
