Job Description

About the Role

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot broadband and fiber internet connections at customer locations. Ensure timely installation, fault resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install Fiber ONT/ONU, modem, and Wi-Fi router.
Install new broadband connections.
Troubleshoot internet and fiber connectivity issues.
Perform fiber splicing and cable maintenance.
Visit customer locations for service requests.
Coordinate with the NOC team.
Update service reports after every visit.

Skills Required

Knowledge of Fiber, GPON/PON, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP.
Experience in broadband or fiber installation.
Good customer communication.
Willing to travel within the assigned area.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
