Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Field Service Engineers to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh Diploma and B.E. (EEE) graduates to build their careers in the electrical service industry.

The selected candidates will receive comprehensive training for the first three months and will work on the installation, servicing, and maintenance of the company's products across the Coimbatore region.

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission company products at customer locations.
Perform preventive maintenance and service activities.
Diagnose and resolve basic electrical and technical issues.
Attend customer service requests within the Coimbatore region.
Complete service reports and maintain proper documentation.
Follow company safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely customer support.

Eligibility Criteria

Diploma or B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work in the field.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Training & Benefits

Three months of structured on-the-job training.
Company vehicle will be provided during the training period for official work (personal vehicle is not required initially).
Hands-on technical training with experienced engineers.

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (may extend up to 7:00 PM depending on service requirements).
