Factory Manager

• Manage day-to-day factory operations including production, quality control, maintenance, and dispatch.

• Supervise and lead production supervisors, technicians, and operators.

• Prepare and execute production schedules based on sales and delivery targets.

• Ensure optimum use of resources: manpower, machinery, and materials.

• Monitor production output, efficiency, and quality metrics, and resolve any deviations.

• Implement safety procedures and compliance with statutory and labor regulations.

• Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, quality, and HR departments.

• Maintain factory documentation like production reports, inventory logs, and equipment records.

• Plan preventive maintenance and reduce downtime of machines.

• Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean, 5S) initiatives.
