EV Technical Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The EV Technical Executive is responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. The role also involves supporting customers in operating charging systems and ensuring efficient vehicle charging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning

• Install EV charging stations at client sites as per technical standards.

• Perform testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

• Technical Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in EV chargers (AC/DC chargers).

• Handle faults related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support.

Operations & Maintenance

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of charging stations.

• Ensure uptime and performance of installed chargers.

• Maintain service records and reports.

• Vehicle Charging Support

• Assist customers in charging electric vehicles.

• Educate users on safe and efficient usage of charging stations.

• Handle basic operational queries from customers.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Follow safety protocols during installation and servicing.

• Ensure all work meets industry standards and company guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / related field.

• Basic understanding of EV charging systems and electrical components.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience in electrical installations is preferred.

• Willingness to travel for site work.
